Terms & Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of consulting and training services by Dr. Guillermo Manzano ("Service Provider"), operating under the commercial name The Dental Expert Hub.

By contracting any service, the client ("Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

  • The services provided under The Dental Expert Hub include consulting, training, and strategy development for dental clinics, labs, startups, and corporations.

  • Some services are provided directly by Dr. Guillermo Manzano, while others may be delivered by third-party freelance consultants engaged by The Dental Expert Hub.

  • Each consultant’s hourly rate may vary depending on expertise and availability.

3. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENTS

3.1 Service Fees

  • All prices are exclusive of taxes (VAT or other applicable taxes). The Client is responsible for any tax obligations as per Spanish law.

  • Payment must be made in full before services are provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Additional Costs for In-House Training

  • For on-site training (e.g., Smart 1st & Second Appointment Blueprint), the Client must pay all travel, accommodation, and local transportation expenses for the consultant in addition to the service fee.

  • These expenses must be settled at least 10 days before the scheduled training date.

3.3 Taxes and VAT Policy

  • All prices listed for consulting services, training, and memberships are exclusive of taxes.

  • Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or other relevant taxes will be added to the final invoice based on the Client’s country of tax residence and in accordance with Spanish and international tax regulations.

  • If the Client is located outside Spain, taxation will depend on reverse charge mechanisms, international VAT exemptions, or local tax obligations applicable in the Client’s jurisdiction.

  • Business Clients within the European Union (EU) may be subject to VAT exemptions under the Intra-Community Supply of Services rule, provided a valid EU VAT number is supplied prior to invoicing.

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to comply with any local tax obligations in their country. The Dental Expert Hub (Dr. Guillermo Manzano) will issue invoices in accordance with Spanish tax law and applicable international tax treaties.

4. THIRD-PARTY CONSULTANTS

  • The Dental Expert Hub may assign third-party freelance professionals to provide specific consulting services.

  • The Dental Expert Hub acts as an intermediary but is not responsible for the direct performance or liability of external consultants.

  • Rates for freelance consultants may vary, and the Client will be informed of the applicable rate before engaging the service.

5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1 Right of Withdrawal (Spanish Consumer Law)

  • If the Client is a consumer (not a business entity), they have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw, per Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.

  • If services have already been rendered in part or full, no refund will be provided.

5.2 Cancellation by the Client

  • For remote consulting packages, cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session can be rescheduled without extra cost.

  • No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before the session.

5.3 Cancellation by BlueEye

  • The Dental Expert Hub reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a new date at no additional cost.

6. CONSULTING PACKAGES & EXPIRATION POLICY

  • Consulting packages (e.g., Expert Growth 10X) are valid for 6 months from purchase.

  • Unused hours do not roll over after this period. Any remaining sessions expire with no refund or compensation.

7. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

  • The Dental Expert Huband Dr. Guillermo Manzano provide advisory and consulting services based on professional expertise but do not guarantee specific financial, clinical, or business outcomes.

  • The Dental Expert Hub is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the application of advice provided.

  • When services are performed by freelance consultants, the Client acknowledges that the consultant is responsible for their own professional performance.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION (GDPR COMPLIANCE)

  • All business and personal data shared between parties is treated as confidential.

  • Personal data processing complies with GDPR and Spanish data protection laws (Ley Orgánica 3/2018).

9. FORCE MAJEURE

  • The Dental Expert Hub is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure situations.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

  • Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Guadalajara, Spain, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
